We’re weeks into social-distancing and most of us are experiencing major kitchen fatigue. Know that if you’d rather cut your own hair than prepare a meal tonight, you’re not alone. The good news is that you now have more options than before when it comes to ordering in, as a slew of Miami restaurants just reopened for takeout and delivery. Put down the knife, pick up the phone and order from one of these spots tonight. Your dishwasher could use the evening off.

Planta

South Beach’s vegan hot spot is back in business with delivery on Uber Eats, DoorDash and Postmates. Available from Tuesday to Saturday, from 3 to 9pm, diners can get all of Planta’s most popular items, including the truffle mac and cheese, the Godfather pizza with mushroom bacon and the kelp to enjoy at home. Pair your healthy munchies with a gallon of the kombucha mojito—just enough to hold you over through the weekend. In the area? Opt for pickup and use code "Takeout20" for 20-percent off your order.

Hadekel

It took a few weeks for the recently opened kosher spot to pivot to pickup but they’re back on as of this week. Offering delivery and takeout via their website, Hadekel is serving its full menu of Israeli baked goods, sandwiches and snacks—and throwing in a few extra pastries with every order as a token of appreciation.

Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill

The Midtown restaurant returned this week with abbreviated hours and a limited menu—and we’re thrilled to have them back. Open from noon to 8pm Thursday through Sunday, Sugarcane is offering select snacks, sandwiches, salads and entrées for takeout and delivery via ToastTab. And because it wouldn’t be a proper Sugarcane meal without booze, they’re selling an array of wine, sake, champagne and beer to-go for 50-percent off.

Vinaigrette Sub Shop

One of the things we’ve really missed WFH is a proper sandwich at lunchtime. Not the lame tuna or PB&J we’re making between Zoom calls, rather the stuffed, dressed subs we’d usually get from Vinaigrette. The Downtown shop reopens this week with daily delivery (in-house if you’re close and Postmates if you’re not) and pickup from 11am to 5pm. Order online and try not to drool while unwrapping your sammy.

Rare Burger

Rare Burger, from the same folks behind Time Out Market Miami’s 33 Kitchen, are slinging juicy patties once more. Available from noon to 8pm Thursday through Sunday, Rare Burger’s limited menu includes the Blue Burger topped with blue cheese and bacon and the BBQ pulled pork sandwich served with a side of coleslaw and pickles. Burgers start at $10 and you can throw in an order of french fries, onion rings or sweet potato fries for just $5.

Novikov

The Downtown spot opens on Friday and Saturday nights to give diners their happy hour fix. Call between 5 and 8pm to place your takeout order for a special $75 menu that includes three rolls plus your choice of a cocktail kit, a bottle of Whispering Angel rosé or a bottle of sake.

Pizza Tropical

The pizza window at Gramps is slinging pies for pickup. You’ll place an order online for ’zzas like the queso (cheese) the peppe pie (pepperoni) as well as fries, wings and other sides. Thirsty? Add Gramps’ batched cocktails, wine and beer. Be sure to check Instagram for specials and off-menu items like the mushroom pie below.
