Blueprint Specials

Theater company Waterwell has teamed up with the Under the Radar Festival at the Public Theater and the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum to present Blueprint Specials. Based on the US Army’s venture into packaging how-to’s so that battle-weary soldiers could produce Broadway-style musicals for their squads in the 1940s, Blueprint Specials is a presentation of these original compositions. This will be the first staging since 1945 and the first time it will be presented to the American public, with starring roles by Tony Award nominees Laura Osnes (Cinderella, Bonnie & Clyde) and Will Swenson (Hair). All ages.
