Milk & Cookies Kids Spa and Salon Halloween Party

Are your little ghouls ready for a spooktacular spa day? We thought they might be. Milk & Cookies welcomes kiddos to come dressed in costume for a booger slime manicure (featuring a good soak in a bath of fake plastic bugs)—they'll get glow in the dark nail polish and enjoy some eyeball fruit punch with cookies. Each child will also recieve a candy take-home treat bag and have the chance to enter a raffle for Funlights Hairlights, plus there will be dancing...expect the Monster Mash!
