"The Loving Story: Photographs by Grey Villet"

This exhibition displays a series of photographs of Richard and Mildred Loving, taken in 1965 for Life magazine. The multiracial couple is notorious for their role in overturning the United States' miscegenation laws in the Supreme Court case Loving v. Virginia; however, Villet does not portray the Lovings' legal battle. Instead, he captures their daily life. These unstaged photographs demonstrate the couple's deep love for each other and their family.
