To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Bronx Documentary Center’s Youth Photography program, also known as the BDC Youth Photo League, come check out "Through Our Eyes: Youth Photography." The exhibition showcases the photographic work of those talented youngsters in the program, which has provided more than 400 middle school and high school students from the South Bronx with free documentary photography and multimedia classes.
Running from January 26 through March 3, the presentation will spotlight BDC students who are "building intimate portraits of the borough that many call home" through their art. To coincide with the exhibition, the center has published a book of the same name, a compilation of student photos from the past decade.
