What bar do you hang out in when you’re not working?I’m not a regular anywhere, but I like smaller, low-key bars where you can really enjoy the company you’re with. Bar Jamón, next to Casa Mono, is really intimate, you can really enjoy a conversation with good wine and a couple of snacks.
What New York bar trend do you love? More unconventional ingredients in cocktails. It’s hard to think of any now because I’m usually under the influence when I’m trying these things out! But I like to experiment. For example, I just tried making a gin drink with Greek yogurt.
