Toast to Cupid with a selection of sake at Brooklyn Kura’s Valentine’s Day Sake & Desserts Pairing Experience on February 14. Perfect for a romantic evening or a Galentine’s outing, this interactive guided tasting includes four Japanese craft sake plucked from different regions of the country and each paired with a decadent Asian-inspired dessert, including chocolate made with Brooklyn Kura’s kasu (the pressed lees left over from sake production).
Along with learning about sake production styles and terroir from Timothy Sullivan, the Director of Education at the Sake Studies Center, you’ll also have the opportunity to have a guided tour through Brooklyn Kura’s new sake brewery.
