If you can dream it, you can build it—as long as you have enough LEGOs. Don't fret: You’ll have plenty, especially since Brooklyn entertainment hub City Point (445 Albee Square W, Brooklyn) and Brick Fest Live have teamed up to host an epic holiday LEGO event, where you can shop for blocks and check out some incredible installations and activities.

It will truly be a LEGO wonderland, where the young and young at heart can build their own custom derby cars to race down various ramps, play video games in an arena dedicated to popular LEGO games, walk through life-size LEGO exhibitions like the GLOW ZONE, and play in a large block pit, which is filled with thousands of LEGOs. Yes, it’s like a ball pit, but with LEGOs. (Er, it actually sounds kind of painful.)

Also, in honor of the upcoming movie Star Wars Rouge One, there will be a 20x20-foot holiday mosaic of the film’s characters, which was created with 58,176 individual LEGO pieces. (Get your camera ready!)

The ticketed event kicks off at City Point on Friday, December 9, and is open at various times through December 18. Make sure to snag tickets ($12–$15) ASAP.
