Shake Shack is certainly keeping things interesting. In addition to its Lobster Shack Burger and DEN Shack flash offerings this summer, it has a fishy new creation: the eel burger.

The fast casual chain is teaming up with Michelin-starred chef Fergus Henderson (St. John in London) to serve a smoked eel burger with smoked bacon, crème fraiche, fresh horseradish, pickled onion and watercress. To get New Yorkers to take the bait, the $9.99 burger, along with vanilla custard doughnuts and speciality red and white wine (normally sold in St. John), will only be available at the Madison Square Park location on Sept 15 and 16.
