A rooftop winter wonderland is coming to Northern Territory

Ah, the holidays. Perfect for ice skating, drunk Santas and getting tipsy on rooftops!

That's why Greenpoint's Northern Territory is turning its three-floor bar and rooftop into Northern Pole Territory: A Santastical Bit of Holiday Nonsense, a twisted holiday wonderland. From December 1–23, Thursday-Sunday from 6-10pm, non-traditional Santas will be onhand for some lap-sitting photo shoots, including hunky Santa, Sexy Mrs. Claus, the Jewish Santa Hanukklaus, and Elvis Santa. On the roof, there will be plush snowball fights, a mistletoe grotto (come with or without someone to kiss) and a Christmas tree forest where the Krampus lurks.

This celebration comes from Psycho Clan, the same group that puts on Nightmare Haunted House and Full Bunny Contact, and if you're familiar with either of those, you can imagine the jolly shenanigans that will go down here. Admission is free, and it's just $5 to head up to the roof and $15 for print-outs of your photos with Santa. Ho ho ho!

Not quite thinking about Christmas yet? Here's all the fun things going down for Thanksgiving in the city.
