Today's sunny skies and 60° temperatures certainly feel like spring, so it's about high-time we start thinking about our alfresco drinking options for summer 2016. Luckily, two of our go-to boat bars are coming back for the season: the Brooklyn Barge Bar in Greenpoint is projected to reopen on May 1, but you won't have to wait that long to hit up North River Lobster Company.
The Pier 81 floating lobster shack returns this weekend with a revamped menu that features new cocktails (a tequila-and-watermelon Sweet Summer, a vodka-shot lemonade) and three new lobster rolls, including a "Pacific Meets Atlantic" variety with nori, sweet chili and scallion-sriracha-lime aioli.
