It’s the middle of February, which means two things: Your heat bill is going to be astronomically high, and you’ve probably thrown in the towel on your fitness resolutions for 2016. (Don’t feel bad, we did, too.)

But Union Square Sweat Fest is here to change all that or, er, at least just the latter. Union Square Sweat Fest, a weeklong series of health and fitness events, will kick off during the week of February 20—25. Bonus: Half of them are free!

It’s no secret (especially to fitness addicts) that several gyms and health clubs dominate Union Square. But unless you’re not fully accustomed to all the offerings—some of which are featured in our New York Fitness Guide—here’s how to get a crash course, without the cost.

Presented by Union Square Partnership and produced by FIT+LOVE, you can sign up for over 40 events and classes throughout the five-day sweat sesh at studios, gyms and athleisure retailers in the 'hood. The classes will fill up quickly, so make sure you snag a spot here.

You’ll definitely want to turn up for the star-studded classes held on opening day—Saturday, February 20. At 8am, Jenna Wolfe (an on-air correspondent from The Today Show and Dr. Oz) is teaching a HIIT style workout. Instagram yogi star Kerri Verna is leading a yoga course at 9am and professional Broadway dancer Amanda Kloot will get your booty in gear during her dance cardio and mat class at 10am. All classes are first-come, first-served.

Go get your sweaty on!
