Everyone wants to be near the water this time of year. Cue booze cruises, floating food festivals and, now, culinary cruises. This summer, four restaurants are teaming up with Manhattan By Sail to design one-night only moonlit sails complete with on-board summer tasting menus.

On Monday, July 11th, the first dinner cruise will set sail with a light menu designed by the revamped Greenwich Village café Dante, who will tap into Italian Riviera vibes aboard the Clipper City topsail schooner: Expect dishes like roasted, garlic-butter shrimp, prosciutto with figs and local honeycomb, and beet gazpacho with yogurt and pistachio. Acclaimed bartender Naren Young will complement the eats with Negroni cocktails while you sway to the sounds of the restaurant's house band.

Other restaurant collaborations to look forward to: Delicatessen’s take on all-American seafood, an exclusive menu from the Meatball Shop and a “Night in Bangkok” by the Lucky Bee. The cruises set sail at 7pm and you can buy your tickets here.
