Are your arteries quaking in fear? The promise of meat sweats will do that to you. Michelin-approved Dear Bushwick dropped its English-country-kitchen concept this past week and was reborn as Sincerely Burger, a "dedicated burger and boozy milkshake spot," said its press release. And to celebrate, chef Christian Ortiz and owners Julian Mohamed and Darren Grenia are celebrating with a $99 bigger-than-a-baby cheeseburger.

The burger itself comprises five pounds of the joint's proprietary meat blend, topped with another pound of cheese, a pound and a half of bacon jam and an entire head of iceberg lettuce, all housed on a gargantuan sesame-seed bun. In case that's not enough, the cheeseburger is served with half a gallon of bourbon-spiked peanut and cookie butters milkshake. For the time being, only one of these beefy beasts will be available per night and must be reserved in advance.
