Move over Ralph Lauren—another fashion brand is getting into the food-and-drink business in New York: buy-one-donate-one shoe company TOMS is launching a cafe at their first NYC property, an Elizabeth Street flagship opening this week.

Like its siblings in Austin and Venice, California, the 1,000-square-foot store will be more coffeeshop than boutique, but shoes and eyeglasses will be available for purchase alongside roasts from Rwanda, Honduras and Malawi. And in keeping with its philanthropic MO, for each bag of coffee purchased, TOMS will donate a week's worth of clean water to a person in need. The cafe is reportedly soft-opening this Thursday night, with free coffee in tow. 264 Elizabeth St between E Houston and Prince Sts
