Sure, it may be gray and rainy now, but the heat of summer is rapidly approaching, which can only mean one thing: ice cream season. And who better to satisfy your warm-weather sweet tooth than New York's modern-day Willy Wonka, Dominique Ansel? On Friday, June 5th, the Cronut creator will be launching a soft-serve ice cream window at his West Village bakery Dominique Ansel Kitchen.

No stranger to ice-cold treats (hello, frozen s'mores!), Ansel will be offering two fresh-milk flavors along with honey-sweetened house-made cones: burrata with balsamic caramel and a confit strawberry and gianduja with salted hazelnut brittle, orange mist and Maldon seat salt. The ice-cream window will be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 9pm and is located at the dutch door on the side of the tasting-menu–included bakery. Check out the beauts below!
