Enter this contest and you could win 1,000 dumplings

Most eating competitions are centered on speed—hello Nathan's Famous—but Dumpling Galaxy is focusing theirs entirely on the refinement of your palate. 

On Sunday, May 21st from 3pm to 5pm, teams of one to six people will be given a list of possible ingredients (Chinese yam, lotus root, etc.) and asked to identify three in each dumpling. Guess correctly after three rounds and you'll win 1,000 dumplings for you and up to three friends to enjoy over a two-hour time period at Dumpling Galaxy. (Runners-up will take home the Dumpling Galaxy book from owner Helen You and Max Falkowitz, or cash.)
