Have you been keeping track of all the tree-lighting ceremonies happening in NYC? The Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park’s tree will light up for the holiday season tomorrow night, so we’ve taken the liberty to share all the important tidbits of information you should know.

As one of the most popular holiday markets in NYC, the Winter Village’s festive affair will be action-packed with theatrical skating performances, starring Kaitlyn Weaver and Andrew Poje from the No. 1 world-ranked ice-dancing team in Canada as well as Javier Fernández (two-time reigning World Champion and four-time European Champion) and Kimmie Meissner (former Olympian).

The legendary Johnny Weir will also hit the ice as he is the Winter Village Skating Ambassador this year. There will also be a wonderful performance by the lovely Haydenettes. It’s going to be skate-tacular.

The star skaters will perform to live music by jazz group Lapis Luna, so you can expect to hear all your favorite Christmas classics leading up to the official tree lighting. Once the magnificent tree is glowing for the season, you’re allowed to hit the slick stuff and skate to a live set of big band standards and more festive tunes by the swing band. (Bring your skates!)

And the most exciting piece of information is that talented dancer Carrie Ann Inaba will be this year’s celebrity narrator. The event kicks off at 6pm, so make sure to get there an hour early to secure your spot for the show and to grab some hot cocoa and a snack from one of the many delicious food vendors on the premises.

Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park, 40th St to 42nd St between Fifth and Sixth Aves (wintervillage.org). Fri 2 at 6pm.
