It's ice cream-eating season, but your favorite flavors aren't restricted to brick-and-mortar parlors and gelato shops. Across New York, restaurants and ice-cream shops are rolling out gelato carts for the season. Here are three new carts to hit up this summer.

Victory Garden
The goat-milk gelato makers just launched a poolside cart at the McCarren Hotel, doling out summertime flavors like mastic with honey caramel, cookies and cream and almond-cherry chip.

Sabbia
Along with striped cabanas and beach umbrellas, Eataly's cheery, coastal-themed summer rooftop features a cart offering scoops from the market's gelateria.

A.B. Biagi
The Brazilian-accented Nolita shop has a squadron of pop-up carts set around Whole Foods locations in Tribeca (270 Greenwich Street) and the Upper East Side (1551 Third Avenue). Expect flavors like the shop's signature Bossa Nova Milk, mint chocolate chip and vegan almond.
