The next time someone tells you to leave Bryant Park, just tell them “NAH-IMMA-STAY.”

That’s right, yogis! Back by popular demand, Bryant Park’s outdoor yoga series kicks off once again on Thursday, May 11. In case you didn’t know, folks who wish to perfect their warrior pose (among others) can sign up for a free, hour-long class every Tuesday morning or Thursday evening through September 14.

The fitness promotion is sponsored by yogi brand Manduka, and the first class is held in conjunction with Project OM in support of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The class instructor is none other than the lovely Elena Brower—a fan-favorite within the yogi community—so you should reserve your mat ASAP (and, yes, mats are provided) before the class fills up. You can also check out Bryant Park’s full yoga schedule here.

In the meantime, we’ll be over here daydreaming about our next shavasana. Don’t forget to check out our list of all the other incredible things you can do at Bryant Park this summer, too.
