David Chang's fried-chicken-sandwich favorite Fuku is turning one year old tomorrow and to celebrate, it's rolling out some festive "163 specials." (It's located at 163 First Ave, get it?)
Among them are one-buck strawberry-lemonade slushies and $6 spicy fried chicken sandwiches (down from the usual $8), but the real deal here is they're serving Chang's riff on a Long Island Iced Tea—the 163 Iced Tea Slushy, made with vodka, gin, tequila, white rum, Cointreau and Dr. Pepper—for only three dollars. You know how we feel about boozy slushies, right?
