It's still snowing sporadically and temperatures are once again well below freezing, but Häagen-Dazs doesn't give a shit. Instead, the ice cream company has just announced that it will be hosting its annual free cone day on Tuesday, May 12, effectively teasing all of New York with the idea of summer (read: 80-degree days and heaping scoops of ice cream melting down our fists).
