Here's what happened at last night's Time Out New York Comedy Showcase

The Time Out New York Comedy Showcase returned to Carolines last night, bringing with it a full house, six incredible comics and one very special guest in the audience—comedy icon and Monty Python legend John Cleese!

Host Harrison Greenbaum started the show with his perfectly delivered snark before introducing first comic Aparna Nancherla (veteran of last year's Time Out New York Women of Comedy show), who broke down the troublingly threatening nature of CVS receipts. She was followed by surprise special guest comic Camilla Cleese (daughter of John), who explained exactly what you should never, ever say to a tall girl, before Rachel Feinstein took the stage to deliver the finest takedown of dick pics we've ever heard. Up next was Keith Robinson, whose thoughts on having to "maintain blackness" left the room clutching their sides in hysterics before Gary Gulman closed out the show with some hilarious advice on sexy role-play (be thorough, people, that's all he's asking).
