Whether you love or hate Trader Joe’s (or love to hate it), get ready—New York City is getting another one. This morning, it was announced that the California grocery store will be adding a new location at 145 Clinton Street, in the Essex Crossing development.

It’s rumored to be taking up 30,000 square feet, which would make it one of the biggest in NYC. Currently, there are six Trader Joe’s in the city, with plans for a Brooklyn one scheduled for 2017. There’s no word yet on if it will include a wine store, but get ready to stock up on favorites like speculoos cookies, Joe-Joe’s cookies and cookie butter. (What? We’re really into cookies right now.)

Now you decide what’s more exciting: this new Trader Joe’s, or the Whole Foods in Williamsburg?

We want to know all about your life in New York! Take a few minutes to complete our City Index survey.
