The Greg Norman Burger dumpling features all of the trimmings of the Broome Street spot's Battle of the Burger–worthy patties: Dry-aged, pasture-raised beef is joined by blue cheese, arugula and diced tomatoes inside Mimi Cheng's hand-made dough, with dill-flecked buttermilk dressing on the side.
