As if our glorious calendar of every outdoor movie happening this summer wasn't enough, we find ourselves having to add to it this morning. Rooftop Films, in partnership with several NYC institutions and venues, will be presenting over 60 free outdoor screenings of movies big and small. Feel like watching nostalgic '80s fare on the beach? Head on down to Coney Island Flicks on the Beach for The Terminator (July 6) and The Goonies (July 20), among others. Do you like the Elevated Acre downtown at 55 Water St? You'll like it even more while brushing up on your Crane maneuver with The Karate Kid (August 12). Do you live in the Bronx and dig the rooftop at Terminal Market? They're screening The Lego Movie on July 14, among many more titles on different nights.
