If you want a Halloween costume that isn’t sexy Ken Bone, look to the past for inspiration. The New York Public Library archives hold some really cool (and some creepy) photos of Halloweens of yore. Some of them may be a little dated (it’s doubtful anyone will dress up as St. Ann in 2016), but some of the oldies are goodies: See the witch, skeleton and Frankenstein. And C-3PO is just as relevant today as he was in the 1970s!
