As we all know, it's too damn cold outside these days, and such frigid weather definitely comes with consequences. And no, we're not just talking frostbite. It is so cold outside that New York's bodies of water are almost becoming inaccessible. The East River Ferry faces delays today due to ice and frozen New York Bay is causing major problems for traveling barges.

It seems the theme of this winter is ice, and we have the photos to prove it.
