Once his whole-hog kitchen closes for the evening, Tyson Ho will turn over his Carolina barbecue brick-and-mortar, Arrogant Swine, to a Streetfighter–themed noodle night.

Joining him are fellow Brooklyn chefs Monty Forrest and Ian Bock (Fritzl's Lunch Box), who'll go head-to-head with bowls of ramen (smoked pork belly, Sapporo-soaked noodles) and pho (smoked beef broth, oxtail) and two snacks made on a waffle iron: Japanese okonomiyaki topped with squid and kewpie, and the Vietnamese crepe, bahn xeo, layered in braised pork belly and shrimp paste. "I'll be first in line," Ho says.

The late-night bash will run from 11pm–1am and although you won't be able to score any swine, the BBQ-and-beer hall will be slinging drinks, including 20 craft beers on tap and playing the cult-favorite video game on a projector. Here's hoping the smackdown shindig becomes a regular occurrence.
