Pizza master Giulio Adriani (Olio Pizza e Piu) revamped his Italian slice parlor, Espoleta, to churn out Spanish tapas with Mexican inflections like stewed-goat empanadas and octopus a la plancha alongside celebutoque and Top Chef alum Sue Torres (Suenos). “Spanish food—small bites using fresh ingredients—is the way I want to enjoy life and eating,” Torres says. “It’s like you’re feeding someone’s soul when you serve them delicious Spanish food.” Drool over more dishes, take a look inside the new space and look over the full menu below:
