1. Literally have breakfast at Tiffany’s at the brand new Blue Box Café, located at the jewelry store’s iconic Fifth Avenue location. The restaurant opened last Friday.

2. More than fifty years after forming the Grateful Dead, longtime members Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann and Bob Weir are still out there truckin', now under the moniker Dead & Company. They play at Madison Square Garden tonight.

3. Salman Rushdie comes to the Temple Emanu-El Streicker Center to discuss his new book, The Golden House. The author will be joined by Geraldine Brooks for a conversation onstage.
