As you know, we have a thing for outdoor movie screenings—here's our comprehensive calendar for the whole summer, just to prove it. And there's a new kid on the block: Haven Rooftop, atop Times Square's Sanctuary Hotel (132 W 47th St), will be joining the fray beginning this month.
Their first lineup for June (below) is devoted to beach movies. For July, Haven promises musicals; August brings sports movies and some airings of the Rio Summer Games. But honestly, we're there for the gourmet truffle fries and two complimentary signature cocktails, included in your $30 admission. Buy your tickets at the door or secure them early (recommended) by emailing events@sanctuaryhotelnyc.com.
UPDATE: Admission to the movie is now free! But the truffle fries and cocktails will still cost you $30.
