Tribeca bagel shop will have rotating lineup of one-of-a-kind bagel sandwiches

For those stuck in a hamster-wheel breakfast routine, Zucker’s Bagels & Smoked Fish plans to shake things up with a chef-collaborated bagel line-up to celebrate their tenth anniversary. The Tribeca bagel shop is teaming up with 10 local chefs including Marc Forgione, Tom Collichio and Marc Murphy to create signature sandwiches that will rotate out every two weeks this summer.

So what’s in store from these big name chefs as they approach the sacred New York bagel? Sandwich highlights include Marc Forgione’s toasted and scooped bagel with whitefish salad and jalapeño cream cheese, topped with capers and red onion that kicked off the lineup today. All the sandwiches will be made using the same base: the kettle-boiled bagels co-owner Matt Pomerantz opened his shop with on day one. Some chefs haven't yet revealed their creation but you can check out the current line-up below.
