Only 30 days until 2016 is officially over! (Whew.) And that also means the countdown is on for the largest New Year's Eve celebration in the U.S.—the Times Square New Year's Eve bash. You might not want to be one of the million revelers standing in the cold from 3pm to midnight on Dec 31, but that doesn't mean you can't still play a role in the festivities.

The Times Square Alliance and Countdown Entertainment set up the New Year's Eve Wishing Wall today, inviting everyone to hand-write their hopes and dreams for 2017 on a piece of confetti, which will rain down on New Year's Eve at midnight. Fun fact: 3,000 pounds of confetti will be released. (Wow!)

The Wishing Wall pop-up is located between 42nd and 47th streets and will be accessible every day from 11am to 8pm, through December 29. If you don't want to brave the holiday crowds in Times Square, you can also submit your wishes online through the Planet Fitness website, as the gym will be this year's presenting sponsor.
