Welp, the holiday season might be over, but the cheer lives on. The Standard East Village is maintaining its five alpine yurts (a.k.a. cozy, makeshift tents) in its Winter Garden until March 1, 2017.

However, think more Switzerland than Siberia. To book a yurt, one needs to order a fondue feast for 8 to 10 people at $60 per head. The meal includes a choice of sausage or veggie fondue, a salad and apple strudel. The drink package is an additional $32 per person, which includes a pot of hot cider or mulled red wine, as well as wine carafes and Aquavit shots.

However, if your wallet is a little thin due to holiday over-spending, imbibers are welcome to drink specialty cocktails and hot drinks a la carte in the heated Winter Garden, which is open from 4pm to 8:30pm on weekdays and 12pm to 8:30pm on weekends.

Yurts are available for walk in, but to book a reservation, email reservations@narcissarestaurant.com
