James Beard Award–winning chef John Besh (August, Luke) will bring NOLA to NYC at this City Grit launch for his latest book, Cooking from the Heart. The Louisiana-bred toque will whip up recipes from its pages, including grilled porcini salad and roasted sea bass provençal, and he'll sign copies for guests to take home.
