Cedar Walton Quartet

Cedar Walton is about as good as it gets when it comes to mainstream jazz piano. His performances of standards and jazz classics (especially the ones he's written, such as "Bolivia" or "Ugetsu") pack plenty of rolling bluesy thunder. Tonight he anchors a quartet featuring regular alto-sax partner Vincent Herring.
