Fifty years ago, performers from The Philadelphia Orchestra embarked on a historic tour in China. This upcoming performance at Lincoln Center will commemorate that 1973 tour with 15 singers from 10 countries performing works by young composers from six countries.
Led by former Philadelphia Orchestra assistant conductor Lio Kuokman, Echoes of Ancient Tang Poems will also celebrate Lunar New Year. See the show on Saturday, January 7.
