The annual Afropunk Festival is underway at Commodore Barry Park in Brooklyn. This year, audiences were greeted by flawless weather and strong day one sets from headliners like Miguel and the Internet. Of course, the fashion-forward crowd didn't disappoint either, with a range of styles showcasing the creativity of the attendees. Photographer Myles Loftin was there to document the people of Afropunk, which continues Sunday, August 26, with performances by Erykah Badu, Janelle Monáe and more.
