A new pop-up bar at Bar SixtyFive is taking rosé to new heights.

Rosé (sometimes referred to by its scientific name: summer water) is taking on a starring role at the sky-high bar for four nights this month: June 15, 22, 25 and 29. The new pop-up follows the bar's recent, very fun champagne-inspired Bubble Bar.

Starting tonight, you can head up to the top of 30 Rock for glasses of pink wine starting at $12. And if you’re really feeling the theme, don your most festive pink-and-white outfit (live a little!)

In addition to the copious glasses of wine, an array of rosé-inspired light bites and sweets will also be on hand inside the venue's window-lined Gallery Bar, including the Frisky Oyster, topped with a rosé granita and a truly stunning rosé cotton candy number that can be seen above.

Let’s get real, from now until Labor Day the only thing you're going to want to drink is rosé, so you might as well do it while enjoying one of the best views of the city. To make a reservation for one of the special, pink-tinged nights, call 212-632-5000.
