If Williamsburg needed one more thing delivered to its residents, Gwyneth Paltrow has found it.

Goop Kitchen, the delivery-focused restaurant concept founded by Paltrow, is expanding its New York footprint with a new Williamsburg location opening on June 15. The Brooklyn location will be the brand’s second location in New York, continuing its push beyond its California roots.

Unlike a traditional restaurant, Goop Kitchen operates exclusively as a delivery-and-takeout concept. There’s no dining room, no hostess stand and, best of all, no need to fight for a reservation. Instead, the model is built around delivering made-to-order meals to customers as quickly as possible while adhering to a lengthy list of ingredient standards.

The menu is designed around what the company calls “clean, nutrient-dense cooking,” prepared without refined sugars, seed oils or heavily processed additives. But if you think that means a sad desk salad, think again. Goop Kitchen's menu spans everything from wood-fired-style pizzas and pastas to rotisserie chicken, protein-packed bowls and substantial salads. Signature dishes include the Miso Salmon Bowl, packed with roasted vegetables and grains; a Chinese Chicken Salad; gluten-free pizzas and rotisserie chicken served with seasonal sides.

Whether you're a devoted Goop follower or simply someone who'd like their takeout to arrive without a side of mystery ingredients, Williamsburg is about to get another delivery option. Goop Kitchen Williamsburg launches June 15 and will be available through the company’s website as well as major third-party delivery platforms.
