Nature lovers go camping for the fresh air, and New Yorkers go glamping for the breathtaking skyline views? Well, soon, they will.
The William Vale's new glamping experience is not your typical night of sleeping beneath the stars. Instead, it's a glamorized, outdoor infrared spa experience held inside gorgeous tents by Terra Glamping.
The Scandinavian-inspired shelters (six in total) are taking over the Williamsburg hotel's outdoor terrace starting Friday, and will remain open throughout the cold-weather season.
Locals and hotel guests can book HigherDOSE's signature infrared sauna blankets (45-minute session in sauna blanket and 60-minutes in tent; $90 for two people), a regular sauna session (60-minutes; $65 for single session or bring a friend for an additional $15) or a cryo facial (10-minutes; $50 for one person or add on to any service for $35) inside the tents.
If the spa services aren't of interest, you may simply relax inside the huts decorated with blankets, candles and twinkle lights (how dreamy!) and imbibe light bites and cocktails by Andrew Carmellini's NoHo Hospitality. The experience is available weekdays from 5pm to 10pm or weekends from 10am to 8pm.
