A new cocktail lounge just opened in the lobby of Koreatown’s Hotel 3232 that you might miss at first glance.

Lost Hours is from the team behind the East Village’s Death & Company, Proprietors LLC, and Simple Venue. The 30-seat lounge has a speakeasy vibe and is hidden behind a discreet pocket door in the hotel lobby.

After checking in with the host and navigating a passageway, you’ll enter an inviting room with warm decor. A custom brass chain chandelier hangs from a deep red lacquered ceiling, and a beautiful green marble bar boasts plush leather bar stools. You can enjoy sixteen original cocktails from the menu while soft music from a vintage record player plays in the background.

The creative menu is structured around the four elements of nature—Air, Water, Earth, and Fire. A standout drink, The Diamond Eye, is an exaggerated version of a glass of water. Stirred and served long over ice, this cocktail centers round Junmai Daigjino Sake. Crisp pear brandy and bright verjus blanc are added to enhance the core flavors, and a touch of blue curaçao gives an ethereal color.

To enhance your drink experience, the cocktail lounge offers a menu of small plates and shareables from Chef Jon Yun including a seafood and cucumber salad, a sashimi platter, fried okra and oysters.

Lost Hours is open Monday through Saturday from 5pm to 2am.
