The team behind the popular Glady's has opened a Japanese-Caribbean ramen joint in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn that we can't wait to slurp noodles at all summer long. Classic bowls of Japanese ramen are riffed upon on in five ways on the menu: from a classic chicken broth laced with black garlic to spicy chili version doused in soy dashi that's brothless.
