Named after the area code for Salerno, Italy, this pizza joint is also helmed by beloved Bronx chef Roberto Paciullo. The perennially packed spot features over a dozen varieties of traditional Neapolitan-style, thin-crust pizzas, as well as pastas, salads and grilled meats. Pizza purists may opt for the traditional margherita, but don’t miss the rich La Cirilo: butternut squash puree, truffle cream, mushrooms and fresh mozzarella.
