Valrhona Hot Chocolate Festival

Combat the frigid temperatures at the third-annual Hot Chocolate Festival, hosted by the cocoa connoisseurs at Valrhona. The two-week fest's 2018 edition kicks off with a chocolaty bash at Ladurée Soho and the celebration lasts through the festival's end on February 4, with inventive takes on the cold-weather cup from shops like Fika, La Maison du Chocolat and Dominique Ansel Kitchen, all made using Valrhona chocolate. Proceeds from the kickoff event's ticket sales, as well as 50 cents from every cup, will go to the Careers through Culinary Arts Program, which helps prepare underserved high school students for culinary careers.
