Celebrate World Paella Day with a big bowl of the hearty dish cooked up by the chefs at Leña, Chef José Andrés’s restaurant at Mercado Little Spain. Chefs will be making larger-than-life paellas around the Public Square & Gardens at Hudson Yards from 12-7 pm in celebration of the day on Tuesday, September 20.
The team will be cooking up Paella Valenciana (chicken and rabbit meat, artichokes, green beans, tomato, saffron and rosemary) to honor Valencia (the birthplace of paella), and plates can be purchased for $18. Sip on complimentary glasses of Juve & Camps cava while you eat.
