Drawn and Quartered

A man paints a heartbroken mural on his ex-girlfriend's wall in Maggie Bofill’s claustrophobic new play. The script is heavy on symbolism, high melodrama and wordplay but light on emotional insight, but the actors stay admirably steady aboard this rocky ship.—Pamela Newton
