Venture inside the Swedish Cottage this weekend at Central Park. You can see original marionette puppets, learn what it's like to be a professional puppeteer and experience this architectural gem.
The building will be open from 10am-4pm on Saturday, October 22 and Sunday, October 23 with tours running at 11am and 1pm. Plus, both days, there's a free first-come, first-served performance at 3 pm. Saturday’s performance will be "Puppet Time at the Swedish Cottage: A Family-Friendly Puppet Slam," featuring shadow puppets, tabletop puppets, blacklight puppets and marionettes. Sunday’s performance will showcase the original production "Wake Up, Daisy."
