Just in time for Black History Month, you can celebrate six decades of John Wilson's powerful and poetic works exploring racial, social, and economic justice at this February 3 artist spotlight at The Met, an extension of the now-on-view exhibition Witnessing Humanity: The Art of John Wilson. A panel of experts will contextualize Wilson's status as a global visionary and truthful voice against the turbulent times in which he lived. Attendance is free and on a first-come, first-served basis, though advance registration is required.
